The facilities are terrible (the buildings are rotten and almost none of the washers work). The only reason to move here is because you could not afford to live somewhere better. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I advise you to take the lowest units. The high one with vaulted ceilings are so hot in Summer you are so miserable. it's unbelievable. Cold in Winter. My neighbors would get arrested for domestic violence. Always throwing stuff at my side of the wall. Guess it was acceptable I complained 20 times. I hated it and there are now so much better places in Novato.
