A great place for two people just starting off. The community has a safe feeling, and it’s fairly well-kept. We like our central air, and the amenities. Parking would be the only issue—it’s hard to find places for guests to park.

Do yourself a favor live anywhere else. This place is a huge scam. You would be better off living under the 5 then moving into any building on there lot. As you can tell be all the other reviews there isn't anything redeeming about this location and it should probably be shut down and replaced completely.

Love the set up of our 2 bedroom apartment. The living room is in the middle and it separates the bedrooms as if they were little studios of their own, each with its own bathroom and large walk-in closet. Hampton Pointe itself is gorgeous and always clean. The lounge is always open for guests who want to relax outside of their apartment (GREAT for studying or reading a good novel); the pool is heated and clean; the jacuzzi is great to relax in at night; and the laundry areas are easy to access. ...
The location is amazing - being a short walk away from the Angel Stadium and the Block of Orange, and of course Disneyland and the Grove of Anaheim are but a few minutes away (they could be walked to if wanted as well). Been living here just short of 2 years and loving it!

Great place to rent

Anaheim CA is a tough place to find a good, nice and non-ghetto affordable apartment, yet Hampton Pointe is the place to go, it is still a little bit pricey but reasonable . Management is great and helpful. Maintenance crew is on top of things. We are renting a two bedroom apartment and it is very spacious except the kitchen area. I wish there was more pantry space but other than that I could manage. It has a really good location and it is close to grocery stores, malls, movie theater, ...
Disneyland, etc. Overall is a good place to rent.

Great location, Good Apartments

We've been here for almost 8 months now and we're very happy. There are only a little over 100 units so attention from management and maintenance is good and quick. Parking is pretty good because you get an assigned carport near your unit plus an additional unassigned hang tag, but you can't always find a second unassigned spot. Pool is nice, hot tub is actually hot which is awesome. There are two good sized laundry rooms on site so you can always find available machines. Noise levels aren't ...
too bad. Most of the residents are pretty considerate and we haven't had any real problems in that area. The maintenance guys are cool and always get things done within 24 hrs. Very close to Disneyland, The Outlets at Orange, The 5, The 57 and Anaheim Stadium, Honda Center. Great location. Only problem I have with the place is the price. They are priced pretty close to some of the newer complexes nearby, but Hampton Pointe's buildings are old. They're well maintained, but the apartments should be a little lower priced than the brand new ones nearby.
