No vale la pena alquilar en este complex , en primer lugar la lavnderia no funciona bien , las secadoras estan danadas y las lavadoras no lavan bien , los apartarmentos son viejos y no le hacen el mantenimiento adecuado . los banos los pintan y las griferias son muy viejas y ni siquiera te las cambian . cobran muy caro para las condiciones en la que esta el complex .

Ad states microwave and ice makers in kitchen this is not true. No washer/dryer connection in units at all. laundry room stays filthy and door handles are broken off. Out lighting for entryway do not work. Always trash in the parking lot and grass along walkways. Clothes on ground around the laundry room run-over by mowers and left to rot. Huge gaps around front doors. Maintenance never responds. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in, I HAD TO CLEAN IT. I strongly suggest you find a safer and ...

Bad place I wouldn’t advise anyone to rent there. Office workers change every six months or so, maintenance sucks, they never could explain anything. They don’t fix anything I finally moved after I was stuck there almost six years... those prices are rediculous wow

This place is infested with roaches. Serious infestation, it's dirty, staff doesn't care for your problems with the apartment. My work orders has been pending for like 3 days now. I have a huge leak in my bathroom ceiling away from my shower.

Loved it when I moved in a couple of years ago, but the quality has gone down and it's even harder to get management to understand! Mold in my apartment making me sick and my kids when /if they visit! Too much going on all the time..this complex is ALWAYS on the news for some travesty or another. Had just renewed but management is tired of me voicing my concerns and I'm tired of having to do so as well.

Moved here upon relocation. Good place as a transitional spot. Leasing and maintenance staff are great.Maintenance v omes for repsirs quick. Office is very attentive. Area is very busy and complex does have a big turnaround. descent two bedroom. Complex is being remodeled. Easy access to many amenities on main road ( stores, laundry, restaurants, etc). Good if you have no vehicle.

What to say... staff are great but tenant is a different story. Area is very busy with a lot of tenant turn around. Gun shots heard in area at night. Definitely not depuxted correctly online. But management is trying to turn it around with rules , cosmetic updates and "tenant screen changes". Tough neighborhood and not gated for added security. Close to everything. Police presence is helping.Apartments are cozy but no washer/dryer set up in it.Balconies are little but serve their purpose. Best ...

I have been here for three months now. I live near the lake. It's beautiful and quiet. The view from my window is great every morning. The staff has been great so far especially Gloria. The only reason why I haven't given it 5 stars is because it does not come with a washer and dryer, but they make it easy to use their many laundry facilities. Shopping is literally across the street from the complex and there is a bus line right in front of the complex as well. So far I am happy with my decision ...

Living here for a short amount of time so far it is a great experience. The people in the office are helpful and willing to work with what you need. The landscape is beautiful with the fishing pier and beautiful sand volleyball court. The apartments are smaller but there is no complaints on that one.
