Location is great, and staff is friendly. Communication from the office is mediocre, at best. Maintenance is reasonably effective, and responds quickly for time-sensitive fixes.

Hardrock Canyon is one of the best spots to live at. Location is perfect, staff is so helpful , plus maintenance gets issues fixed quickly. Both pools are kept clean and they have new pool furniture for this coming summer. Love using the car wash and vacuum onsite. Both of my 4 legged babies enjoy the dog park and the dog wash!
Management is professional and cares about the residents.
Special shout-out to Peyton for being so kind and understanding!

Love the location of Hard Rock Canyon. A few minutes drive away from grocery stores such as HEB, Trader JOE's and Gateway. Love the fact it is close to downtown.

Love the neighbors, location and the nature. I really appreciate being able to walk to Starbucks, Trader Joes and HEB. One of the best things about Hardrock are the trees!

I have been a resident since 2009. Very nice community, love the centralized location, the Nature Preserve, the wildlife in the area, and the access to walking and hiking trails. Not a noisy area, which I like.

Renewed my lease! Great location and tight community. Everything needed is within walking distance…shopping, groceries, dining options, jobs for teens, a bus line, emergency care. The list continues! I never hear sounds from neighbors, even upstairs. Traffic noise is nonexistent. Feel very safe and love to call the community home!
