September 6, 2025Location is great, and staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with the platform they are using to register our renter’s insurance. Online reviews of said platform suggest it is a scam, and the inability of residents and office staff to upload valid coverage results in repeated fines from Hardrock Canyon for non-compliance. This has happened to us, in particular, for the last three months with no end in sight (resident app still says we have no coverage), and there are surely many ...other residents who aren’t even aware they are getting charged every month. I’m not implying that Hardrock Canyon is doing this deliberately, but their inability to rectify it is certainly cause for concern.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 8, 2025Appreciate some beautification efforts are being carried out but the place needs more improvement. Example is the cement steps leading to the apartment floors are giving way with cracks in some places. Will take some days before maintenance staff respond to a maintenance request.
