October 27, 2025We had several issues during the leasing process, but Alex, Izzy, and Peyton were incredibly helpful. They were always willing to assist us, offering solutions and alternatives until we were finally able to move in. Now that we’re living here, we’re truly happy with everything this place offers. It's pet-friendly, perfect for walking your dog, and there's even a dog wash station. The gym is equipped with everything you need and feels brand new. There are two pools, a car wash and vacuum station, ...lots of green areas, and it's peaceful and quiet. Plus, it's conveniently located near supermarkets, banks, and more. October 1, 2025I really enjoy living here at Hardrock Canyon apts. The work they have been doing is really coming along. Paved and restriped parking lot, painting buildings, new patio furniture , and the newest is an app that lets you open the gates , an my most favorite it unlocks the gym door. Pool party was so fun. Quite a few of us showed up for hotdogs, drinks snacks and prizes. In the almost 3 years I been here it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks Alex for all you do.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2025Location is great, and staff is friendly, but there is an ongoing issue with the platform they are using to register our renter’s insurance. Online reviews of said platform suggest it is a scam, and the inability of residents and office staff to upload valid coverage results in repeated fines from Hardrock Canyon for non-compliance. This has happened to us, in particular, for the last three months with no end in sight (resident app still says we have no coverage), and there are surely many ...other residents who aren’t even aware they are getting charged every month. I’m not implying that Hardrock Canyon is doing this deliberately, but their inability to rectify it is certainly cause for concern.Property Manager Responded
