If you love danger and losing your stuff this place is for you
September 12, 2019I will admit, the cost for the location is good and the place looks cute from the outside. However, it is not a safe place to live- my friend got assaulted in the parking lot, my car was broken into multiple times, and my bike got stolen despite having a good lock on it. People shot up drugs in the bushes outside my window and there was a creepy guy who hung out there for a couple months and looked in my windows and waited for me to come home. It is also very dirty and people smoke inside all the ...time. The walls are very thin so if you love listening to other people's music and conversations you will love it. The maintenance crew is very slow to respond (weeks-months if ever). ALSO to top it all off they entered my apartment illegally and threw out a bunch of my stuff while I was in the process of moving and I still had an active lease. DONT DO IT!!!!
December 28, 2017The building is constantly shaking because of construction next door. I have came home to multiple problems through out 6 months of being here. from coming home to no hot water for days. too having a crack in one of my windows letting water in when it rains problem still not resolved .Review from Apartments.com
