        Prospective residents should not be mislead into feeling they will have a home where security is designed into the property. The property is not secure. In fact, most crimes in the area occur inside the parking garage gates and locked storage rooms. For people who want to live in a quiet neighborhood, this property does not qualify as quiet either.         The lack of security here can't continue to be disguised! The storage lockers are not secure and parking in the gated garages only provides good weather for tenants property and the thieves who frequently visit our property. This is not a quiet neighborhood anymore. The number and size of new construction and building demolition projects occurring today compound the street noise from loud cars, motorcycles and garbage trucks in the neighborhood, not to mention the frequent sirens.         The only word I can spread about the Harrington if you haven't moved in here yet don't ask somebody that's been here for a while before you sign the paperwork to move in this place isn't all that anymore it used to be gone downhill a lot matter of fact from sugar to s*** it used to be a good place to move into not anymore.
