Outdated and difficult living

It is spacious for the price. It's off the main road, so it's somewhat private except for the neighbors. The trees and landscaping provide shade and beauty. I give it a 2-star review because living here can be tough. The fridge is half-sized, which is difficult if two or more people live here. If it gets too full, it freezes everything and leafy greens are destroyed. The windows are drafty, and the energy bill is expensive. The appliances, blinds, and outlets are old, and plugs fall out of some ...

of the outlets. Some updates and repair requests are ignored, and one has to make a case for minor updates like replacing blinds or outlets. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't cleaned. It was dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves. If affordable rent is your top priority, this place might work for you. However, I found day-to-day living here difficult.
