Perfectly located!

Across the street from Deboer park for your dog, right near the bike path for your biking ease, a short walk to the DU Train station for the light rail, a 5 min drive to the highway and situated in the sweetest little neighborhood close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and both super easy to get to downtown in a number of ways. Great neighbors as well. A real gem!

What's that smell?

No this is not a game of cards against humanity. This apartment building has got some weird smells going on. I've been very satisfied with my unit. I've had a few problems, but they all seemed to be fixed rather quickly by the landlord. That said each unit is owned by someone else so idk how other landlords might be. There is also a management company that enforces the hoa rules, and I've never had any problems with the neighbors. Back to the smells. Mostly when you fist walk in there is a very ...

strong smell of dog. A lot of people have dogs here as there is a park across the street. That seems to be the only lingering smell, but often the halls ways will smell of peoples cooking which sometimes wonderful and some times not so much. And this being Colorado there's is another smell that fills the halls. That said I'm very satisfied and would like to continue renting here.
