Love the area
April 12, 2023This is a small community. I like it very much for that reason as well as the area. You are near just about everything. The staff is great. Maintenance responds right away. My cons are as follows: 1. No assigned parking so if you work outside of 9-5 you may be parking on the street or in a slot from the apartments across. 2. Units are enclosed so if one person does not keep tidy the whole building smells just like them. 3. I believe there are shared water heaters, I can't enjoy a shower if ...someone flushes toilet, washes dishes, or showering also.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 12, 2023We love this place. The updated apartments are the perfect mix of modern features and historical elements. Natalie and team work with integrity and genuinely care for there tenants. Any issues have always been addressed and taken care off and she has always stuck to her word. The location is awesome.
