The Little things
December 3, 2025I have been here with my roommate for almost a year and we recently accepted a new job offer. It’s gonna take us out of the state, which is the only reason why we have to end our time here but we’ve had nothing but great experiences even when there have been difficulties in the building, the office has always tried to handle it quickly and effectively. I will say hearing from some of my neighbors. They don’t think that the office does a great job, but it’s because I believe some people have ...unrealistic expectations. That they themselves cannot meet I feel as though any issue that was brought up to the office staff. I immediately saw them working on it to try to get the best possible result for everyone in the community, I myself work in a customer service type of job so I know the struggles that the office goes through. I have seen some people give the office grief come in there fuss and cuss at them. Call them out their names and every other thing you should not do to someone who’s trying to help you just because they don’t like the answer they’re getting and I want to come in the office for always keeping it professional. Everyone is amazing whether it’s Jacob and his service team that handle work orders quickly and effectively or it’s Naomi, Angel and Bailey working hard, trying to make sure that the residents are being taken care of and hosting great events. I will say don’t read a review and assume you know the property off of a review go in there. See the property for yourself. Meet these people for yourself and come up with your own opinion. The one thing I’m going to miss is the community we didn’t go to all the community events but when we started to go, we started to make friends in the building and it really made us feel like this was Home. November 25, 2025This is going into my second year here and my experience from the very beginning has been nothing short of wonderful. Naomi was the first person I met while apartment hunting and she remembered what I was looking for the moment it opened and emailed me. The move- in process was extremely smooth. Angel is an absolute delight 24/7 he is literally the life and personality of the community! James is always helpful with any issue that arises, maintenance staff are all extremely friendly, the community ...has wonderful events, the residents are nice, and I love the area, so close to everything and convenient!Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2025I have toured a lot of building buildings and I must say that the community feeling I received from this building was way more than anything I was ever expecting while going on a tour with the leasing agent Angel he seemed to know all the residents that we ran into he took the time to introduce me to the office staff and really made me feel at home. Mice Haven

I love it here
July 20, 2023I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I have nothing but good things to say. Mylene is the best, she gave me a tour of the apartment , and made my entire move in process easy and stress free. During my 2 months I’ve reached out to Mylene numerous times via email and phone and she always got back to me quickly. I’ve been loving my time here. If you’re looking for a great apartment, with amazing efficient staff this is the place to be.
