January 16, 2026Only issue is the gnat problem that is mainly in the mail room area and seems to have extended throughout the rest of the building. A heated pool would be nice too as the pool is virtually unusable in the cooler months, but can't have everything. Building and the gym are very nice.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025The apartment itself is nice and generally well-maintained, with a comfortable layout and decent amenities. However, prospective tenants should be aware of the high number of fees charged at the time of signing the initial lease. These upfront costs can add up quickly, making the move-in process more expensive than expected. While the first year’s rent may seem reasonable, there is also a significant price increase when it comes time to renew the lease. This jump in cost can make it challenging ...to justify staying long-term, especially if you are budgeting carefully. It’s important to factor in these potential changes when deciding to rent here. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you are prepared for the financial aspects, but the rising costs and initial fees may be a drawback for some renters.Property Manager Responded

June 4, 2025My time here at Havana Square has been overall pretty good and I am happy. I do feel like the property could be left cleaner though, the hallway floors are very dirty and trash is left around the property a lot.Property Manager Responded

May 30, 2025Love our community director! He is very proactive when you come to him with something. We had a recent hallway floor paint job and they have been kept pretty clean ever since. The garage floors are filthy - at least on 3rd floor, and need to be power washed again. I've been here 8 years, so it must be a pretty good place to live!Property Manager Responded
