October 6, 2015I've been living here for as long as I can remember, since I was young things around here were calm every blue moon will they be trouble. It's honestly home to me it cozy & welcoming as a child a front yard and two humongous trees are the best childhood.Review from Apartments.com

August 15, 2015I have really enjoyed living here. Some of the perks are the pool and the playground. I have a 2 bed 2 bath. My closet is a walk in and my daughter's is an even bigger walk in closet. Which I am thankful for because we have managed to fill it. Storage space on patio is pretty big. Could be bigger. Washer and dryer hookups in apt. Just make sure your dryer door swings the right way. The doors are kinda tight. As far as the managment and staff. They are FANTASTIC!!! Because the crew lives on ...sight repairs and emergency are always handled quickly. Very thankful for that. Rent is reasonable. I pay $729 with pets. They are not breed bias if you do have a "bad name breed" they just ask to meet your pooch! I have a corgi ha but still thought that was pretty cool of them. Grounds are kept up really well for the amount of animals in the complex. Each apt gets 1 covered parking stall. 1 is the limit however. There is no getting a second spot. Lots and lots of visitor parking so that makes up for it. I do recommend this property to a lot of my friends. The school district is great. West Haven Elementary is amazing.
