Reconsider
September 18, 2018You might want to reconsider living here. The super and porter hang out with tenants here and like to harass other tenants Also landlord allows it. Plus they never investigated complaints . Their are some professional stalkers living here . If you enjoy your privacy this is not the placeReview from Apartments.com
What you see is not what you get!!
August 11, 2015It is a nice looking Pre-War Bldg. with good looking gardens in the entrance way. However, once the inside the apt. to get repairs requested, the Maintence Personnel is quickly to patch-up repairs not properly complete. Occasionally, the hot water on wintery days takes awhile and elevators are not working properly with a sign stating -"Elevators will be out until further notices" (you joking?", esp. for handicapped tenants and/or mothers with kids. To replace applicances, you would get a ...re-used applicances with monthly fee added to your monthly rent. This past winter the apt. was very hot (its good) but during May 15th cut-off day for all heating services - throughout the month of May, the temperatures was below 40 degree and apts. are not insultated. My apt. is very cold without heat... I've more tales but do not want to bore you...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Affordable Living in Manhattan? Yes!
August 7, 2015This building is an example of one of few places in Manhattan where you can live affordably in plenty of space. Walking distance to the only remaining natural parks on the island, Inwood Hill Park. Just a few blocks from the A line takes you all the way south, to Brooklyn, and to JFK without having to change trains. A few more blocks to the 1 train. These apartments have large rooms, beautiful high ceilings, wood floors, and prewar details. Glad to have found this neighborhood both far from yet ...convenient to the hustle and bustle of the city.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
