Can't break lease
June 27, 2025Great apartment, it says it is new but things keeps breaking down and falling off. It is almost impossible to get them to fix something. When you submit a mantaniance claim, they check is off as done and do not actually come check it off. You have to submit about 3 times before they actually come check out the issue. It is impossible to break the lease, they tell you something different when you sign the lease. Please do not get the 13 months lease with them. It is impossible to break it.Review from Apartments.com
