Huge!

First of all the apartment is huge, with tons of storage, but is came as an "as is" so there's some damage, but the new management is actively upgrading the building. They also respond to maintenance and emergencies quickly. There's no elevator, so lots of stairs unfortunately especially if you happen to be on the third floor, and heat rises, the building does not have central air. The area is the perfect location for college students, lots of restaurants and night events in walking distance.
