Great improvements!!!

Since I’ve been living here (2018 August) I’ve seen remarkable improvements with maintenance, management, and in the all around community. At first don’t get me wrong, I regretted moving in here so much. We didn’t have working AC for 3-4 months and it was in the middle of August when we moved In. There’s a new property manager and she’s great, and the maintenance is great now too, the previous guy used to come “fix” our stuff. By fix I mean completely destroy anything, and do a terrible hack ...

job. I like living close to everything and being able to walk down the street to Walmart is awesome. Definitely try this place out. You get a great amount of space for what you pay, my baby has tons of room to run around inside and out.

Safe place, maintenance tries it's best to correct anything wrong... But management is horrible... They always make excuses ,lie do whatever it takes to avoid u.... I miss old management!!!

Im a country girl that was thrown into the heart of the big bad city of San Antonio where the houses are so close you can touch your neighbor so we made the next best choice by moving into the former Brooks AFB housing aka Heritage Oaks at Brooks City Base!
