I live here for 3 years and so far this is the worst apartment I have lived in. Management is terrible and unprofessional. Dakota is the only helpful person in the management team. Save yourself and don’t move here.

This is an apartment dream.It has a indoor pool and hot tub and a outdoor pool. It also has gym.It is made fir disabled people and the service is great.

Terrible place to live. Most dirty place by far in St. Cloud. Unprofessional staff. Small cheap apartments that are run down and break every week. Just do yourself a favor and don’t live here

We lived in Heritage for two years until purchasing a home the summer of 2019. Today I realized a package had been mistakenly delivered to our old apartment. Charity was so gracious in retrieving this package for us. Thank-you again! What a nice person. Our apartment at Heritage was beautiful and the swimming pool was lots of fun. I've lived in my building for 2 1/2 years, and the community is amazing. The price is affordable, and the amenities included in rent saves me money. It's a very quiet place to live, and the neighbors and ladies in the office are friendly and helpful
