Helpful and kind staff, beautiful apartment
May 16, 2020We lived in Heritage for two years until purchasing a home the summer of 2019. Today I realized a package had been mistakenly delivered to our old apartment. Charity was so gracious in retrieving this package for us. Thank-you again! What a nice person. Our apartment at Heritage was beautiful and the swimming pool was lots of fun. All this is nice, but the people who run the day to day operations matter most. Kay, the apartment manager was always friendly, kind, respectful and fun. We enjoyed ...Randy, who is in charge of maintenance, and Charity seems like a perfect fit to a wonderful team. Kindness matters. Respect matters. Compassion matters. Amazing community
