Thank you for your interest in Heritage Square Apartments; a great place to call home! We would be pleased to help end your housing search. Our apartment homes all feature a unique u-shaped kitchen, spacious closets including a bedroom walk-in, and a private patio or balcony. Hot and cold water are included in your rent, and the apartment is equipped with central heat and A/C. Exterior amenities include picnic and BBQ areas, and a newly revamped exterior swimming pool. Perhaps our greatest “claim to fame” is our size… with just 100 apartment homes, we are small enough to know your name, yet large enough to be professionally managed. We offer 24 Hour emergency maintenance service and a genuine, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Being a smaller community, we typically have very limited availability. March 15, 2020They will completely raise your rent every year for no reason until you are forced to move out, the basements have sewer backups regularly. And the outdated kitchen is definitely not worth the price they are asking!!! You can find something better!!!Review from Apartments.com
Quiet and Safe
September 22, 2015I have lived here off and on for about five years now. The building I am in now is very quiet and safe, we don't hear people screaming or yelling and there isn't any kids running in the halls. The windows are very old which lets in cold air during the winter season, but we don't mind being cold so our heating bill is still very low. There is a pool but we never use it - it looks clean though. The rent is somewhat high for a 600 sq. ft apartment, but compared to others in the area it is the best ...deal. July 28, 2015The apartment is perfect for newlyweds and couples. Mostly Married couples and singles. Very Quiet and Peaceful. A Great Place to call home! Maintenance is on top of their game! Clean , refreshing Pool! Cat friendly, The closest feeling you can get to living in a house! If you live on the bottom floor , you can plant flowers and make it even homier! No complaints! Small price, BIG space
July 26, 2015I was impressed by this complex from the moment I saw it: pool, well lit, laundry in each building, etc. But then I saw the 2 BR apt. Most have nearly identical twin rooms, 10x12 foot, etc. Not this place! The master bedroom is 10x19 feet, with a walk-in closet on top of it! And then there's the location: walk to city offices and the park, or a few restaurants. Two minute drives to the freeway make commuting a breeze, and, as anyone knows, "if you can't find it on West between Telegraph and ...Jefferson, you don't need it." The sense of community and ownership is fantastic, and the management attentive. This complex is perfect for young working marrieds, or retirees looking to scale back.
