Welcome Home!!!! At Heritage Village Apartments, we place your comfort above all our priorities. With spacious, comfortable apartments, leisure and recreational amenities and incredible service, we are one of Temple's most beautiful and desirable locations to live. We are located near the public library, grocery stores, restaurants, post office, and many downtown shops. We are also just a short drive to Killeen/Fort Hood Amenities include: Electric appliances, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and Laundry onsite! Call today and one of our friendly, professional staff will provide further information about the property and any current special deals available. Keep in mind our requirements to lease with us are that you (Each adult or married couple ) make 3x the rent amount, no criminal, and you can’t owe any property money or have any evictions, and prefer good credit/rental history. Water is (per occupant) $15, $24, $33, and capped at $39. Our liability insurance is $11 a month and electric goes into your name. Pets Accepted. No aggressive breeds or pets over 50lbs when fully grown. The office staff are super friendly and helpful they work with you on payments and even let me do month by month renting. The apartment is not what you would expect for the price you pay it’s better. Friendly community I love living here.

Don't believe everything you read on here. They dont have washer/dryer hookups. They don't have fireplaces. The office smelled horrible when I went in there, and the lady voluntarily told me she had been belching all morning. Really? OMG. There was not one apt they could show me, because they were all needing fixing up. Moving on....
