Keep in mind our requirements to lease with us are that you (Each adult or married couple ) make 3x the rent amount, no criminal, and you can’t owe any property money or have any evictions, and prefer good credit/rental history. Water is (per occupant) $15, $24, $33, and capped at $39. Our liability insurance is $11 a month and electric goes into your name. Pets Accepted. No aggressive breeds or pets over 50lbs when fully grown. Pet Deposit $250.00 ($150 non refundable) Monthly Pet Rent $15.00 *Deposits & Fees are per pet with a 2 pet limit* Application Fee: $40 single $50 married Deposit: Depends on credit and background.

Beware of Belching!!
September 4, 2017Don't believe everything you read on here. They dont have washer/dryer hookups. They don't have fireplaces. The office smelled horrible when I went in there, and the lady voluntarily told me she had been belching all morning. Really? OMG. There was not one apt they could show me, because they were all needing fixing up. Moving on....Review from Apartments.com
