Although apartments look good they have a lot of flaws. When I first moved to heritage place I thought they were nice until it came down to things falling apart. When trying to use the sink , the handle fell off less than a week, the drawers broke off when u opened them and when u tried to clean your walls the paint came off leaving marks on the walls. The floor material comes up easily.You have to put a deposit down for these apartments which is understandable, but they charge for the everything ...
when u move . They charged for the paint on the walls , which u couldn't clean even if you tried,light bulbs that they should be replacing anyway, etc. Things that are more than your $200 deposit, they send u a bill for it. If you don't pay they send you to the collection agency even for twenty dollars. It's almost like they make sure you don't get your deposit back because the prices for these things are outrageous. I could go on, but I will say heritage place has potential to be a great place to live but they are just not there yet.

I love my apartment! I'm the first resident to live in my apartment so I got to experience everything at its newest state. I've been there 2 years now & have had no problems. Even the light bulbs still work! Lol!
