Terrible Place

This place has gotten really bad since Yes! bought it and the current manager arrived. It now looks like the stereotypical trailer park even though before it was actually a nicer place to live. Take a drive through for yourself to see how nasty it is and then find another place to live. I feel bad for the residents who moved here 15-25 years ago when it was a pretty retirement type community. They are now stuck unless they can afford land and to move their homes.

If you are looking for a great place to raise your family but cannot afford to rent a house in Denton, you don't have to settle for an apartment. Renting a home at Hickory Creek Mobile Home Park offers the privacy of a house at the price of an apartment. We even have room for our large washer and dryer AND our upright freezer.
