Safe, Quiet, Clean and wonderful staff.
September 12, 2025My husband and I called Hidden Lake home for 2 years and recently moved out September 2025. - The property is well maintained (their actually making upgrades to beautify the property even more at this moment) it is safe, quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff is exceptional, from management to maintenance they took care of us very well. A nice place to live
May 27, 2025I've lived here for over 7 years now and have felt at home the entire time. My maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and with good customer service as well as good handyman repair skills. They take care of everything for me from wasp nests, a clogged sink, a burned out garbage disposal, to an unbalanced washing machine that "walked" itself out of its closet. Neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. There's a nearby plaza in easy walking distance to get a coffee or brunch. The morning ...walks are peaceful. It's a nice place to live and my apartment is kept in good working order. I've no plans to move, I like it here.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2024Everyone has been so helpful, especially Jordan. The sounds of the fountains are so relaxing and ducks and even an egret are wonderful. The worst
January 15, 2024They have the worst plumbing issues and charge you damages for their own maintenance employees mistakes. My drains not dishwasher ever remained working the whole time I lived there.Property Manager Responded

Pleasant Staff, Quiet Safe Location, Clean and Spacious, Ample Parking
May 13, 2020I'm currently leasing from my third Sequoia location and couldn't imagine going anywhere Sequoia properties aren't. My first experience was at Hidden Lake where I was blown away by Community Manager Pastora's professionalism, intelligence and care for the quality of the experience. Been here for years and see no reason to leave
September 12, 2015The complex is quite, despite having 100 plus units. The management takes very good care of the units and the grounds. Service calls handled same day and after hours emergencies, no problem! Fireplace and washer/dryer in every unit. My unit looks out to two fountains.
