A nice place to live
May 27, 2025I've lived here for over 7 years now and have felt at home the entire time. My maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and with good customer service as well as good handyman repair skills. They take care of everything for me from wasp nests, a clogged sink, a burned out garbage disposal, to an unbalanced washing machine that "walked" itself out of its closet. Neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. There's a nearby plaza in easy walking distance to get a coffee or brunch. The morning ...walks are peaceful. It's a nice place to live and my apartment is kept in good working order. I've no plans to move, I like it here.Property Manager Responded

The worst

Pleasant Staff, Quiet Safe Location, Clean and Spacious, Ample Parking
May 13, 2020I'm currently leasing from my third Sequoia location and couldn't imagine going anywhere Sequoia properties aren't. My first experience was at Hidden Lake where I was blown away by Community Manager Pastora's professionalism, intelligence and care for the quality of the experience. Been here for years and see no reason to leave
September 12, 2015The complex is quite, despite having 100 plus units. The management takes very good care of the units and the grounds. Service calls handled same day and after hours emergencies, no problem! Fireplace and washer/dryer in every unit. My unit looks out to two fountains.
