The staff is professional, knowledgable, and quick to respond. The location is about 10 minutes to downtown Sac. The commute is very easywith a few optional routes just in case. A nice place to live

My maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and with good customer service as well as good handyman repair skills. They take care of everything for me from wasp nests, a clogged sink, a burned out garbage disposal, to an unbalanced washing machine that "walked" itself out of its closet. Neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. There's a nearby plaza in easy walking distance to get a coffee or brunch. The morning ...walks are peaceful.
