Feels like Home now
October 19, 2019We moved here sight unseen over a year ago. The main reason for choosing Hidden River is how dog friendly the community is. The small dog park is convenient for when we don't have the time to get to the larger dog parks nearby. The bedrooms are on the smaller side and parking is tight; it's not always easy for visiting family and friends to find a spot to park. However, it is really a very lovely spot. Trees surround the property throughout and we have been lucky to have great neighbors. I love ...the kitchen. There is plenty of cabinet space! We definitely went through a bumpy transition as Thrive looked for a new property manager, but now that Cherie is here, we are so relieved. She is warm, friendly and on top of things. She is committed to making sure residents are happy and improving the quality of life here. Brady and Ernesto are wonderful, too!Property Manager Responded

Amazing staff

Beautiful....
October 15, 2019We looked at every single apartment on the Eastside....well, certainly dozens of apartments and this one is beautiful inside (very modern- love the kitchen) and surrounded by woods. Hidden River
October 7, 2019We have been at Hidden River now for 6 month. Cherie has been on top of everything since she came in as the new manager at the property. Love this complex
October 7, 2019We have been living at Hidden River for 18 months. We have loved our time here. The management and the manitenance crew are great! The grounds are kept clean, and they stick to the no smoking rules they have for the property. They allow pets and have provided a great dog run for the dogs who live here. They also have a great little playround for the kids, not to mention the pool that is open from Memorial day until the end of Septemeber. Quiet and peaceful, not a good moveout experience.
July 13, 2019Lived here for 1 year, before rent pushed me out. Generally few complaints living there. Be aware they will take 300$ of your security deposit on move out, even leaving the place spotless. I cleaned the house for 2 days (literally), mopped, scrub, vaccuum, bleach, even bought spackle to fill in tack holes. We payed 120 dollars to steam the carpet. Their carpet cleaners told me no additional cleaning was needed. They did a walk through said it was pretty much spot less. They still took over ...half my security deposit for cleaning and carpets after the fact. They did not give me any opportunity to address this, nor did they tell me they were going to do this, even after I explicitly asked. For this reason I will not recommend them to anyone. Left a super sour taste in my mouth. I will say maintenance staff was awesome.Property Manager Responded
