I moved into this apartment with my amazing girlfriend and it’s a wonderful place to grow together without spending an insane amount of money. She goes to UF and it’s super close to campus and not too far from my job, so the location is amazing. I recommended this place to my friends and they ended up moving in here as well. This is a beautiful complex and the layout of my apartment is just right. Ryan and Dana are always there to help whenever there is a problem. Lawn care is always kept up. They also host events to get to know your neighbors. This complex is always very convenient to stores and entertainment.

Nice, Calm, Pretty, and Proximal

I’m Jeffrey Gil, and I moved in with my buddy Jaden for the summer semester at UF. Let me just say this place is really pretty, a nice lake upon entering and some really cool looking trees. Really close to campus as well as a bunch of stores and restaurants. Renting this place was a breeze too, Rachel is really communicative! A very nice quiet corner that’s proximal to everything!
