Welcome to Hidden Village! Our one bedroom apartment homes are located in the Washington Local district off of Tremainsville. Enjoy a quiet parklike cul-de-sac and a spacious living area and bedroom. Our newly remodeled kitchens come equipped with a stove and refrigerator! Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Enjoy central air and heating with no through-the-wall appliances. No need to find a laundromat or outside maintenance, as we have onsite laundry and an attentive full-time maintenance staff! Utilities included: Water, sewer, trash Utilities tenant is responsible for: Electric +$30 gas fee/mo Cats are more than welcome with a $300 pet deposit and NO PET RENT for up to two cats. All types of service animals are welcome as well! Qualifications: Applicants MUST have no evictions or housing related collections. They also must pass credit/background check and show 24 months of verified income. There are three ways to get an approved application, applicants must fit at least one of the following criteria: Credit: You must have a 620+ score, 2 currently open credit lines (auto loan, credit card, rent payment reporting system etc.) and at least 12 months of history. Landlord reference: You must have 12 months of recorded on-time payments from a verifiable (non-private) landlord. Co-signer: They must have a credit score above 700 and no evictions or housing related collections. Deposit: Applicants with a credit score above 680 will qualify for our discounted deposit of $200. December 22, 2022The units themselves are not that bad, but you can tell they are old. You will hear your neighbors under you, above you, or in the hallways. Some fight, some have children, some have animals, some blast music and have parties until late at night. Either way they are loud and nothing can be done about it. It seems that crime is also pretty noticeable in the area in general. The cameras on the buildings do not work. I've had packages get broken into and I've had my car damaged due to attempted ...theft. After my lease, my rent shot up at least $40 a month for another year. They also lied to me and said that water was included in the rent until it got to signing the lease, where I was told it cost another $30 a month. The property management company seems to keep changing according to the tenants. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance who are quick to come and fix most things, as well as emergency on-call for maintenance. If you're in a pinch and want a decent unit, these aren't too bad. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 20, 2022Neighbors yell up and down the hallways. Always smells like weed and BO. Packages get stolen. Horrible place
December 14, 2018These apartments used to be well ran and kept up with until new owners took over in 2018! They went up on the rent they take almost two months to come fix maintenance request. Trash all over the place leaves everywhere. When it's snowing outside the sidewalks are very icy which are dangerous they do a crappy job plowing the snow in the parking lot never salt the sidewalks or parking lots. When people move out of their apartments they don't even renovate the apartments they don't change the ...carpet all they do is change the blinds and paint and hire a crackhead to clean up inside. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash the maintenance people always bring in trash over from other apartment buildings and dumps it into the dumpster which leaves no room for tenants to put their trash.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 17, 2018I have lived here since July. Maintenance is almost non existent. No intercom in my apartment so no one can come in. Notified them weeks ago nothing done. Management horrible and almost non existence. Run away as fast as you can. Don’t rent.Review from Apartments.com
