Not at all worth market value!
January 5, 2025Do not rent here! Although the rent is not as expensive, you pay for what you get. The elevator hasn't worked in 4 years. The pool hasn't been cleaned and open for the tenants in 4 years. There are roaches and exterminator only comes on Tuesdays at whatever time, which is not convenient for working folks. You can place a work order but they rarely have the supplies they need to work on the tenants needs. The stair ways are dirty and can easily make one fall. The laundry on each floor breaks down ...often and hasn't worked in a few months now. It is clear that the property owners do not care about their tenants. The screen doors continuously come out of its place and the office has yet to replenish them. If they repair your wall, they repaint it with a different color. If you need new blinds, they give you a different color than original. They rarely clean out the filters on the air conditioner, which is part of their requirement as the landlord since the air conditioner is our "central ac". They give you a hard time to replenish any rusty drip bowls.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 13, 2022I have lived here for over 10 years & in the past 3, it has gone from bad to worse. We've had 2 owners in that time. It smells of urine in the stairways. No elevator access. Washers/dryers don't work. Extremely noisy neighbors. Stay away!Review from Apartments.com
Awful
August 11, 2021Since new management took over the complex has gone down hill. Hallways, laundry rooms, parking lots are all completely disgusting and dirty. Also all the broken doors that dont close hallways have bugs. I have contacted office staff more then 7 times with the issues and they dont care. I will be puting a complaint with the fire marshall & state due to unsanitary living. The new owners are awfulReview from Apartments.com
