This place is great! It is in a nice neighborhood, convenient to all shopping amenities; groceries, malls, gas stations, movie theaters, etc. Yet, it's tucked off the highway and surrounded by trees. It is in walking distance to hiking trails with water streams. The staff is helpful and friendly; along with, the apartment and grounds are clean. Requests can be done online; as well as, extermination and maintenance are taken care of efficiently. There are several pools, fitness centers/gyms,
...recreational centers, etc.; since, we are allowed to use the facilities of other common owned properties. There is a dog park and other animals; cats,birds and squirrels. The apartment has a cute layout, a large balcony with morning sunlight, laundry room, ceiling fan in the bedroom, balcony entrance from the living room and bedroom, dishwasher, and the kitchen sink faces the fireplace. I give it 4 stars only because of minor issues like insects, cracks, broken ice-maker, etc. However, overall this place is a hidden gem! It's a place to call home; a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the city.
