A great place to live

I cannot say enough about the active property manager Sonya and her administrative staff. Allentowns best kept secret
February 24, 2023Been living at high pointe and elm town gardens going on two years. Anytime I need something done at the apartment maintenance is there within five minutes to resolve the issue. The ladies in the office are by far the best part of living here. They always tend my needs with a smile and they are a pleasant to work with. The area had a lot of perks like trails that are a walk away. Minutes from center city. I have no complaints living here.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
August 26, 2022As a tenant of a high point apartments in Allentown Pennsylvania on 15th Street I have absolutely no complaints. However, due to an unfortunate and untimely incident I have to move That being said, the office staff is amazing the kindness and compassion shown to me at this time for myself and my family is immeasurable I will be forever grateful to the ladies of the office Sonya, Molly and Jahara for all the help the kindness, the attention and compassion shown to me throughout my tenancy. I ...can't forget the maintenance men Brandon and Jason they are amazing very attentive and respectful always willing to help. If you're looking for a new place to live I would suggest contacting Montium management The apartments are clean the area is quiet there is ample parking there are laundry rooms throughout the property which are easily accessible and the staff is absolutely amazing!!! They very accommodating to the tenants There was not one time that I called the office and whatever it was no matter how big or small it was it was attended to immediately. I am forever grateful to have met the staff at High Pointe apartments on 15th Street in Allentown Pennsylvania May you all continue to be blessed in God's favorProperty Manager Responded
