Seriously Messed Up!
March 10, 2021So I recently moved into this place and I absolutely LOVED it. The people here were super friendly and everyone kept to themselves. However, my husband and I decided we were gonna use the washer and dryer at the place instead of buying one. We accidentally left our clothes in the dryer over night. Next morning I walk in to get our stuff and someone moved it out of the dryer on to a shelf. I wasn’t mad at first I understood that the dryer was probably needed. Well I get back to my place start ...folding the stuff and realize my towels are missing someone stole our things!! If you choose to live here buy your own washer and dryer you can’t trust anyone. PLEASE READ, IT SHOULD NOT BE 5 STARS
December 30, 2020When we first arrived at High Ridge we moved into one of their one bedroom apartments, it was just my husband and I and we were okay with how small it was. We moved to El Paso as my husband got stationed at Fort Bliss. Day one of move in we noticed several things broken. Giant mirrors on the closet doors had broken corners, the mirror in the bathroom was brown due to old age, the tile in the shower was broken and the wood rotted underneath. We also found a dead cockroach squished into the carpet ...in the bedroom. We also noticed what looked like slice marks in our carpet in the living room like someone took a box cutter and cut squares into it. We’re stuck with our lease but needless to say we are NOT happy.Maintenance came by to fix the tile in the bathroom and put more grout down.... he was washing his rag in our toilet. There were grout chunks and hazy water in our toilet and sink. I am not impressed at how everything is going so far, please save yourself the money there are better options!Property Manager Responded

September 5, 2018Do not move here. Unsafe housing. Cops were at the apartments almost every weekend for varying reasons. Rent raises heftily every year. They demolished my upstairs neighbors patio without even giving me a warning so I returned home to my animals scared out of their minds and large pieces of concrete all over my patio. When I asked the staff about it, they were not even aware it was going on! Save yourself the trouble.Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015I just recently moved back into high ridge apartments. I used to live here from january of 2014 till november of the same year.. my first apartment with them was an ok experience.. had a few cons... i moved and just recently moved back dye to needing a smaller apartment and my current apartments didnt have anything available... and my new apartment with high ridge is truly not pleasing.... i walked into my new apartment and a extremely strong smell of urine hit me.. closet doors are broke... and ...no matter how much the carpet gets clean the urine smell does not leave... im waiting on a new carpet and the appliances are out of date big timeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

High Ridge review
August 21, 2015First, I'll begin my review by complimenting the staff. The office is well maintained and they offer cookies & refreshments. Before even looking at the apartments I knew this is where I wanted to live because of how friendly and helpful the staff was. They offer online payments through rent cafè & you can also put work orders in online, which brings me to the next part of my review. The maintenance department; if you even have an issue of any kind they are quick to arrive and take care of the ...issue. My A/C started to leak & as soon as I put in a work order they sent someone to fix it. All around the apartments are very well maintained. It is a very nice property with a pool & fitness area which is also always very clean. The apartments are located near I-10 so you have easy access to the highway, Ft. Bliss is only about 10-15 minutes away & there are plenty of nearby restaurants & stores. I have never had issues while living here & I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great place to live at a decent price & at a very convenient location!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015I moved into Highridge Apartments around the summer of 1993,and have remained a happy resident.Priceless views of two countries and three mountain ranges.My place is a vacation every day cold a.c. for those hot summer Chihuahuan desert days,fireplace for those cold frosty winter nights. Never a stressfull event with the workout facilities and inviting simmiing pool.Management and staff total professionals in tending to our maintenance needs and of course priced manicured lawns. August 6, 2015I will start by saying I honestly was in love with High Ridge, from the staff to the floor plans I mean everything about it got my attention. The office seemed very welcoming and answered all of my questions. It was my husband and my first time renting, and they honestly took great care of us. We decided to upgrade our apartment to a bigger one, in that same complex, they helped us with the transition it was pretty smooth, although I should have viewed it before we agreed to do this upgrade. The ...upgrade did not look as nice as the one we were already in in my opinion. However, we figured they we'll only be here until the lease is up, and start looking for a house. Then we ran into mildew. It continues to grow on the cielings and the only thing we were told was that maintenance can come clean it, but all we need to do is use bleach and water to clean it ourselves and leave the fan on during the day. That completely turned me away from wanting to stay in these apartments.
