Deceitful and Dissapointing
December 22, 2020TL;DR: Not happy about the process and was given the wrong apartment. Also lost the admin and application fees due to being lied to. I have never been more taken advantage of. I came here looking for my next possible home, since I am relocating for work. I inquired about their “Pyramid” floor plan and was quoted for it. I was told that there were “Pyramid” apartments and so I started the application process. I drove a total of 3 times from San Jose, California, a total of 4 hour drives each ...way, to do the whole process. Move in day came around, I showed up with my truck full of things, got the apartment key and sure enough; it wasn’t the correct apartment layout. I didn’t want that apartment to begin with, so this whole process was a waste of time and money for gas, food and hotel every time I went to do anything. Chris was great and understanding, but we ended up cancelling the lease because I wasn’t given what I wanted and applied for. We got partial refund; not including the “admin fees” or “application fees”. I shouldn’t have to pay for these, since I wasn’t given the apartment I wanted. When I went into the leasing office to speak with Max; the person who was helping me with the apartment. She began to raise her voice at me and became confrontational. I was infuriated, but I am a very calm person and composed myself. If I could I would give this review 0 stars for how everything went. Wasted time, gas, money, and a trip with my truck loaded with things ready to move in. Super disappointed with the turn of events. September 20, 2015If there is ever an apartment community that offers beautiful views, luxury amenities and convenience in location, it is the Bristol Bay apartment community in the hills of Sparks Nevada. you truly feel like you are in the country with perfectly lush and maintain grounds considering it is in a desert location. the view of the Sierra Nevadas are breathtaking and the apartments start at about 800 for a one bedroom to 1200 for a 3 bedroom. August 13, 2015I have lived in apartments for most of my life. This apartment I live in now is the most perfect and beautuful place I have lived. I love it so much and its my home for as long as I can afford it. Management does such a great job, and the manintance guys are always there to help if you have a problem.
