December 15, 2022The prop mgr Brigs refuses to help owners when there's an Assn-caused problem, and the Board is weak and hides issues. I had to pay for ceiling damage caused by a roof leak, because the mgr said it was MY problem!!! How could damage from Assn leaks be My fault Never again dealing with Brigs or living at High Rocks Condos!Review from Apartments.com
