Poor Management
February 27, 2021This apartment complex may appear to have a certain old-timey charm, but when an old building is poorly managed, the charm fades and all you get is a lot of unpleasantness. We had consistent mold, house centipedes, and even bat problems in our unit. The building has promise but does not receive the care it should. The management was incredibly difficult to deal with. They will not honor the lease agreement if it loses them money because they know they have a legal team that will make it more ...trouble for you than it’s worth.
