Awful Communication
July 14, 2022We were trying to find an apartment here, know about the rents and schedule a tour. We found ourselves having to deal with the most dismissive and rude service possible. One liner replies that answer maybe one of 5 questions in the previous email. All to end up with "this unit is not available for showing", as if anyone would rent like that. May 24, 2018This apartment complex gets worse and worse. I'm finally moving out this fall and can't wait. This place is the absolute worst. They lie. They never come when you make maintenance requests. They have mold and flooding all the time if you're garden level. They don't do anything right. The washer and dryer never works in the building. The pool is never open. Do yourself a favor and reconsider living here. It's disgusting and not worth the money at all.Property Manager Responded

July 11, 2016The Apartment itself isnt that bad but one of the Girls that works in the rental office.. Ashley is a liar and has so much attitude. She will tell you what you want to hear but its clear she lied to us because the apartment she promised us was given to someone else. The worst part is when we would call should would say tht she will call us and was really rude... Go somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015Low rating; due to small space, especially kitchen and bathroom areas. Kitchen has limited counter space; bathroom has very small space. The plumbing is not the greatest in complex.
