Pros:
Cheap rent.
Safe location (for us at least)
Cons:
No gated entry
No amenities: No refrigerator/ no utilities covered
LOUD: Usc Hospital nearby, sirens all through the night, dog barking, loud Spanish music.
Manger not on site: rent drop off two miles away... JK Residential owns property. Maintenance never gets done.

MANAGEMENT- this building is managed by JK residential and management sucks. When we first moved in we had 30 things on the list to get fixed by maintenance after 30 days and threatening not to get fixed only 10 of those things were completed. First 30 days we had no air-conditioning, the shower didn't work properly, the sliding balcony door did not lock, The blinds wouldn't open properly, and the kitchen cabinets would not open. ...
There is no light in the parking area and the porch light is very dim,makes it very scary.
No laundry on site, utilities are not included,no amenities really.
Rent drop off is 2 miles away you have to drive to drop off your rent.
Noisy neighbors- dogs constantly barking all through the night and Spsnish music playing on the weekends.
After year we're still waiting to get our blinds fixed and just 30 days ago they fix the lock on the sliding door.
Had an emergency where the pipes burst because they were not installed properly flooded our apartments they did not change our carpet in bedroom only the carpets downstairs.
DO NOT RENT FROM JK RESIDENTIAL . Literally we've had four managers/landlords in the past year...they will not do maintenance they don't care about Anything but the money . After threatening to sue because our housing laws were in violation is when we got A few things fixed .
