Highland terrace
November 1, 2024I love this community because it is very quiet I never have to worry about loud neighbors, I feel very safe here! Also anytime something is wrong with my apartment I can easily put a maintenance request in and they come as soon as they can! The office staff is very easy to get in contact with as well. NEW Apartments NEW management, I love it!

Don't rent this
May 30, 2024I've had maintenance items outstanding since November 2023. I do not have heat or air conditioning. They will not come in to fix things.Property Manager Responded

I love the new Highland Terrace and new management

Jermeria has been extremely helpful in helping me with making online payments and now when my lease is up I'm going to renew and move to a renovated apartment. Worst place to live
March 15, 2023I’ve talked to many neighbors and read reviews that all feel the same way I do. This apartment is a hazard unit with mold ( they’ll just paint over it and call it a day) and cockroaches ( they call them water bugs and won’t do anything about it). I’ve had so many unsolved problems living here. The reviews on here are real when they say it’s a terrible place to live. I can’t get ahold of the office by phone and every time I go to the office, no one is there. Please listen to the reviews on this ...apartment. Just Dont
December 28, 2022Terrible place. Maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything, nor do they care for your concerns. The staff are all rude and the place is very sketchy. They will crowd you at your door and they are very aggressive. This is not a suitable place for anyone looking for peace or even high speed internet like in their description. There are also lots of thief’s stealing from cars. There is no parking and they will find reasons to have you towed. Do not lease here. Terrible
December 23, 2022Nobody answers the phone. Landlord make the rules up on the fly. Then change them. There also a lot miscommunication and notice that are left on your door are vague and make no sense. Also I was lied to about parking and now I have park my vehicle in the neighborhood about 5 minutes since they’ll tow it. This really terrible place.
