I love this community because it is very quiet I never have to worry about loud neighbors, I feel very safe here! Also anytime something is wrong with my apartment I can easily put a maintenance request in and they come as soon as they can! The office staff is very easy to get in contact with as well. I recommend calling Christina in the office today for your new apartment home!

I’ve been living in highland terrace for a while now and I love the new look! There is a new property management and she is GREAT! Very well at communicating and always on top of things. Pest control comes regularly and maintenance is very responsive!

Worst place to live

I’ve talked to many neighbors and read reviews that all feel the same way I do. This apartment is a hazard unit with mold ( they’ll just paint over it and call it a day) and cockroaches ( they call them water bugs and won’t do anything about it). I’ve had so many unsolved problems living here. The reviews on here are real when they say it’s a terrible place to live. I can’t get ahold of the office by phone and every time I go to the office, no one is there. Please listen to the reviews on this ...

Terrible place. Maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything, nor do they care for your concerns. The staff are all rude and the place is very sketchy. They will crowd you at your door and they are very aggressive. This is not a suitable place for anyone looking for peace or even high speed internet like in their description. There are also lots of thief’s stealing from cars. There is no parking and they will find reasons to have you towed. Do not lease here. Plenty of other places worth investing ...

Nobody answers the phone. Landlord make the rules up on the fly. Then change them. There also a lot miscommunication and notice that are left on your door are vague and make no sense. Also I was lied to about parking and now I have park my vehicle in the neighborhood about 5 minutes since they’ll tow it. This really terrible place. I recommend talking to current tenants before signing a lease.
