May 15, 2024I'm coming up on one year at HIghlands 32 and it's been a sweet dream. The location is amazing, as you're only 5-10 minutes (with traffic mind you) to downtown Denver. The neighborhood itself is so sweet, especially this time of year, as the farmer market picks back up. I'm so stocked to live here. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a more "neighborhood" feel yet still be walkable to Highlands/Downtown. It's truly a dream.Property Manager Responded

The staff is helpful and always available, the parking garage is indoors and heated, and I haven’t had any package theft or noise issues like I have in previous buildings! August 23, 2021I really enjoy living at Highlands 32! The apartments are nice and new and I particularly appreciate the in-unit laundry and covered garage parking. Noise insulation from neighbors is pretty good. The location is great with all the restaurants and shops along 32nd. Highlands 32 really shines when compared to other apartment complexes - a lot of other complexes I toured were on really busy roads (I-25, 38th, etc) and I like how relatively quiet this area is.Property Manager Responded
