The realtor is shady. It takes forever for you to get maintenance out to your unit. They will make promises that they cannot keep and will tell you one things and do something else. You will get bounced around office personnel when asking for an answer. When something goes wrong they attempt to ask you what you did to cause it the problem. they have a constant problem with sewage. it either backs up into the unit or overflows outside, runs down to the street and smells up the block.
