wonderful, vaulted ceiling (in 2nd floor units) this helps open up our space. Our specific apartment is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bedrooms are an average size. The bathroom has been recently updated. The kitchen came with new appliances. Our favorite thing about our unit is the view. We have a balcony that overlooks the beautiful, rolling hills of Novato. We get some incredible sunsets! We also have easy access to a track, restaurants, shops, and schools. We have never had problems with our neighbors. Everyone seems to keep to themselves but they are all very polite and courteous. The management and maintenance crew are great, very helpful, friendly, and respond to issues quickly. The one complaint we would have over the past years would be the lack of parking. Each unit comes with one covered parking space, any additional cars must find parking in a small lot in the complex or on the street. Unfortunately, the lot and street fill up quickly! I would highly recommend Hill Valley Apartments. It is a great value for the north bay. The fact we have lived here for 5 speaks for itself.
