Lived there over 3 years. Infested with mice, rats, ants, mold and fleas. Units are slopped towards the stairwells, all water is shared between 18 units and laundry room. no water pressure and pro rated extremely high water and sewer bills. Rarely parking all spots are taken by multiple guests or non working vehicles being stored. Police are there once to twice a week. A lot of substance abuse in complex. These units are not worth the money or time.

My roommate and I moved into these apartments because we were 18, and this was the first place to accept us. At first, we liked the open floor plan, but matnience was horrible. It took 4 months to get the knob to our biggest stove top burner. We’re about to move out, and we have yet to have screens when we were told “they’ve already been ordered” when we moved in. The deal breaker was all the mold. Winter months came and there was horrible mold and we reported it and cleaned it yet no fixes were ...
