Management is available, considerate, compassionate and efficient. Maintenance is OUTSTANDING! These Sandia Properties are the best maintained apartments in Albuquerque as far as I have seen. Maintenance crew has all of the above qualities that the Management has. There is a lot of chatter about this subject going on outside and everyone feels the same way.
