I Love Living Here!
January 5, 2018I've lived at Hilltop Village Apartments for the past 4 1/2 years and continue to be amazed at how well I'm taken care of. Property Manager Dawn knows all the residents by first name and even knows most of their pet's names. She's extremely friendly and oversees all day to day issues in an exemplary manner. Troy will fix any problem at a moment's notice. If something can't be repaired in the same day, because of time constraints, they make sure it's done in an expedient manner. They always ...strive for excellence. Residents all seem extremely satisfied with living here. It's quiet, peaceful, well-maintained, friendly, and there is even a new clubhouse for meetings. June 21, 2017The lady who runs these apartments is one of the rudest people I've encountered. Arrived there in late afternoon before they closed. She seemed to be either on or off her meds. She started off by asking who the application was for, cause she said you aren't allowed other occupants then yourself, if I was the only one to be on application. Said " Nothing gets by her!" Then I attempted to explain my financial situation, that I currently didn't have employment but was going to pay the entire years ...rent up front. She said they only allow 3 months in advance and that's it's 5:30 & that I was annoying her with my questions. Need less to say I will not be attempting to rent any apartment from this obviously psychotic person. DO NOT RENT HERE, PROPERTY MANAGER IS A COMPLETE PSYCHO!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
