My brother applied to this apartment building and we put the paperwork into the Novato location 0 RESPONSE from them!!!! Horrible property management follow up !!!! Also the property itself is in bad condition I would rate it 1 on the building the unit itself was nice and sunny and “redone” and i would give that a 3. But i would not want to deal with the property management company AWFULL I can’t imagine what they would be like if you lived there and had a maintenance issue.
