Beware of Management

This place attracts you in with appearance and aesthetics. Once moved in, you will see the place is held together with temporary bandages to fix issues that will continue happening, roach infested, loud construction noises that have been going on for 2 years (can't work from home because it is too loud), the gym is absolutely filthy and never cleaned, and management makes excuses for everything and cannot take responsibility. Think twice before signing a lease. I can't wait to get out!

cockroaches and rude management

Do not move in. They pretend that they are responsive but do not do anything once there are actual problems. I had a cockroach fly out from cracks on the wall that I had also put in as maintenance issue that never got resolved. Once I went to front desk they told me it was not an emergency maintenance request and that I would have to wait until the morning. I had to spend the night at a friend's place and asked to be contacted once the issue got resolved. No response back. When I called three ...
times, I finally got hold of property manager who told me that they were going to get an exterminator but wouldn't tell me the contact information because "he doesn't have to" when I asked for it so that I could get them to come that day. Such a rude property manager and I will move out as soon as my lease is up. I pay way too much money for rent and maintenance for this type of service.

The environment is nice; the front desk is nice; the HW office is nice. The only thing that concern me alot is why the water and electricity could be shut down for so many time in just one month.

Hollingsworth is great for location and its spacious rooms. I love the big windows but where I live is too close to the nearby building. I know that the windows could be seen through so I need to draw the curtain down for my privacy. But I want the sunshine. There were also many other things to be fixed when I moved in. Keys, a hanger, doors… There are still many things to enjoy at Hollingsworth. The amenity part is me and my friends’ favorite. There are a lot of games here and there for us to ...
enjoy. The design of the sky deck divides it into different part. Everyone could find a spot free from others’ disturbance. I have heard that there was a lot of water shut down here. I was a bit worried but when I saw the building provided lunch and bottles of water, the bathrooms in the amenity area are also usable, I was fine with the building’s management.

Very convenient location! Friendly doorman and nice package service. You can hear noises from other units in the hallway, but the sound isolation is very good when you're in the room. The bathroom layout (in my studio unit) can definitely be improved, but the kitchen is pretty convenient to use.

The experience to live in here is really sucks. How comes be an luxury apartment that doesn‘t have heat at night always in such cold winter?They also have some hot water issue always. Hollow and not worth it

It's a shell of a great luxury place. Very very cheap appliances, including noisey AC unit. Loss of power and water multiple times but blamed on flukes. Nice staff but such a HOT MESS!
