Maintenance is not good
October 24, 2022There is either a problem with the sink being backed, lack of hot water ir water pressure, leaks from a subpar tile replacement, screen door has NEVER been fixed after 4 years. These are continuous issues that arise every week. Not to mention we had to pay for our own pest extermination which is caused me the sewage back up.Review from Apartments.com

March 1, 2022There is a fire alarm that's been going on for two days now and the building manager is nowhere to be found and never reachable by phone or email. Many people tried to reach her including the officers from the fire department.Review from Apartments.com
