This place has roaches and management does nothing about it. My roomate and I emailed them 4 times asking for a treatment and they are just ignoring us. Other tenants also have roaches and they are treating them on their own with bombs, sprays etc. But they buiding itself is infested.. they cant stop the infestation until they treat the whole apartment building which they are not doing. Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from this place. My roommate and I wish we never moved in in the first ...

Really great complex especially for the price, with parking included and being extremely close to all the good hollywood bars is a real treat. This complex is in the nicer part of Hollywood. Parking is secure & the complex is also very secure. Some units are actually outdoor so if you’re lucky enough to get one of those units outdoor hallways are often rare in Hollywood. Much more privacy. I was very happy during my stay at Hwood Pointe, a 98 walk score is a rare find!
