Live at Greenwood
July 22, 2015I love this building! It's new, with nice fixtures and some great amenities. This building houses only micro studio suites, so they are quite small, but if you're single, they are the perfect size. You have your own private bathroom with a nice, easy to walk-in, shower. The room does not have a kitchen, but a small kitchenette, that includes a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave built-in. However, each floor of the building has a common kitchen and the bottom floor has a huge kitchen that you can ...use. There is also a rooftop patio, with a grill and plenty of tables and chairs for those sunny days. The building has a laundry room on the first floor that accepts coins and credit/debit cards. There is a Fred Meyer right across the street, so you can get just about anything you need. Since this building is directly off the road, there is no onsite parking, however, you can easily find a parking spot a block or less away. College dorms meet adulthood
July 20, 2015If you're single, this is a great, easy place to transition to a 'real' apartment. And I say single because some of these units are very small and could be considered 'pre marriage counseling' if you're in a relationship, due to the studio style. All utilities included, free Internet and washer/dryer on site. Roof top amenities and quiet neighbors. Down side is no stove or oven in the unit and the refrigerator is teenage size and hard to store food in. There are stoves on each floor and an oven ...on the second floor that's hardly ever used.
