August 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, super enjoyable, just very expensive for the size and design of stuff. The architecture of the place doesn’t make much sense. I also think it is terrible to have all rooms in a unit the same price. Why am i paying the same in my room without a closet as my roommate who has a closet the size of my room… Other than that its pretty nice

August 25, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comMy first and I'm already impressed with the amenities here! The views from the rooftop deck are amazing and it's so nice to have a barbeque available for people to use so close to the Quad. With the bookstore next door, a coffee shop connected downstairs, and Target just a block away, this honestly could not be in a better location. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review right now is because I still have much to explore at the Hub and if it continues to get better, it will be a 5 stars well ...earned!Read More

June 14, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe amenities were incredible and the apartment itself was super nice and easy to make home. Having been roommate matched, I ended up living with the same girl for 3 years and it was incredible! The appliances and furnishing were nice. However it is super super easy for dust to build up on the walls and for the temp to not be where you want it to be most times.Property Manager Responded
