I have been here for about 6 months now, and I LOVE it. Aside from being the cheapest place you will find in Downtown LA, it's also quite pretty. The outside is old (it's an older building) but my room, along with others, have been completely remodeled. The flooring is wood, and the brick wall is such a cool little touch to each room. There is plenty of closet space and room for storage. All utilities are included, I mean what more could you ask for. Overall I've really enjoyed my stay at Hubbard ...
