I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this apartment management. I moved into this apartment about three months ago and started looking for a two-bedroom unit for my growing family. Initially, they confirmed the price after checking availability, but once they reviewed my income, they increased the price. Later, I found a second option and received an offer, but it was gone within two hours, and they came back with a higher price they wanted instead. It feels like they have no ...

respect for current residents and prioritize greed over tenant satisfaction. In comparison, Modern offers much better deals and treats their residents with far more respect and care.

The only positive aspects of this building are its doormen and location, both of which are exceptional, being centrally situated in Fort Lee. However, the overall living experience has been quite unpleasant. Maintenance issues take an average of two weeks to a month to be addressed. When moving in for the first month, I encountered a bathroom leak that rendered the shower unusable for two months. The elevator breaks down on a monthly basis. Their customer service is very bad. I called them 2 times about leasing, they told me they are going to call back and arrange me a tour. After 3 days I went there, they took my number and email address, and also told me that they are going to arrange a tour. As you understand, they didn’t do it. So this building is not what it seems to be.
