No respect to current resident
January 14, 2025I wanted to share my disappointing experience with this apartment management. I moved into this apartment about three months ago and started looking for a two-bedroom unit for my growing family. Initially, they confirmed the price after checking availability, but once they reviewed my income, they increased the price. Later, I found a second option and received an offer, but it was gone within two hours, and they came back with a higher price they wanted instead. It feels like they have no ...respect for current residents and prioritize greed over tenant satisfaction. July 24, 2023This building has to be the worse I moved in here last year thinking it was nice and it was at first but then I started dealing with a bunch of issues constantly. The elevators would go down and no one in management would answer until they feel like it. I stopped paying rent for a month because I wanted them to fix my unit now I’m in a legal court case that they will not dismiss even though I ended up paying and am now up to date you have to literally have to harass them for everything. July 2, 2023The only positive aspects of this building are its doormen and location, both of which are exceptional, being centrally situated in Fort Lee. However, the overall living experience has been quite unpleasant. Maintenance issues take an average of two weeks to a month to be addressed. When moving in for the first month, I encountered a bathroom leak that rendered the shower unusable for two months. The elevator breaks down on a monthly basis. The air condition in the gmy never got fixed.
