Great location terrible management
June 16, 2025The location is great, near major roads, right next to grocery store. Safety and parking issues are the reason we’re leaving. My roommate had her car stolen TWICE!! Once from the outside lot, once from the underground parking. My roommate’s car was towed because of expired tags from our underground parking spot. No notice or call so it cost extra since she didn’t realize it was gone until the next day . . .Review from Apartments.com
Great Value!
August 20, 2020I lived at Hummingbird Cove for 2 years. The apartments are reasonably priced and there are full size washers and dryers in each apartment-in a laundry room! Love the large balconies. Close to everything-grocery store, restaurants, etc. 2 blocks to Hiway 169.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful setting
September 8, 2015I have lived at Hummingbird Cove apartments for 15 months. It is a well maintained property in a peaceful setting. The area is quiet and is only a 15-20 minute drive into the city. Love the pool and fitness area! Rent prices are very reasonable for the Plymouth area. Grocery store, pharmacy, gas station and restaurants are only one block away. Plus, where can you live and get free coffee every day?Review from Apartments.com
